Meditation and Yoga retreat in Tasmania

SOLD OUT

18-21 February 2022

starting Friday afternoon and ending Monday before lunch

We will spend 3 days of practice together, surrounded with ocean and forest views on a quaint hill-top on the south of the island. Designed by a leading architect, the retreat is constructed with Tasmanian timber and it features high ceilings, floor to roof glass windows which paints the whole place in natural light and offers an expansive view of the bay and beyond. The retreat sets itself on 25 acres of private land, surrounded by nature and native wildlife.

The retreat is situated approximately one hour south of Hobart and the airport and I am happy to help organise transport to and from the retreat.

All meals will be vegetarian, delicious and nutritious and thoughtfully prepared mainly using fresh seasonal produce. We can happily accommodate most dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.

A rough plan for the weekend classes includes a gentle asana practice on the Friday evening, morning Yoga Asana Practice, meditation and pranayama practice, two afternoon workshops, evening meditation tuition and practice. This program offers a great opportunity to develop or deepen a meditation practice to complement your asana practice.

The number of participants is very limited. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible.

Included in the price are all classes and workshops, accommodation and all meals.
